Non-Refundable Transactions

• Once you add money to your wallet, it is non-refundable after 3 days.
• If an entry is made incorrectly and later deleted, the money will not be refunded.
• Payments for services and transactions processed via the wallet are not refundable beyond the aforementioned periods.

Refund Process

If you have a concern regarding a transaction or if money was deducted from your bank account but not reflected in the wallet, you can raise a ticket.

• The request for refunds or wallet adjustments should be raised within 3 days from the issue.
• Refunds for valid claims will be processed and credited back to the wallet or bank account within 7-15 working days from when the ticket is raised.
