Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Dudhiya App. By accessing and using Dudhiya, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this app. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and current.

Wallet Transactions

• Transactions will be deducted from the wallet based on the quantity of milk collected, at the rate of Rs 0.025 per kg.
• Once money is added to the wallet, it becomes non-refundable after 3 days.
• You may request refunds or adjustments by raising a ticket within the app. Refunds for valid requests will be processed within 7-15 working days.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating the terms, or engaging in illegal activities or fraud.

Limitation of Liability

Dudhiya and/or Netpy Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, or from any delay in processing refunds or adjustments.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
